Hundred's warranty policy covers only products bought directly from hndrd.co (marketplace purchases like Amazon/Flipkart fall under that platform's own process instead). It gives a 90-day window from purchase date on rackets, bags/kitbags, and shoes, covering genuine manufacturing defects only — a frame that cracks in normal play, stitching failing early, a sole separating without misuse. It excludes impact damage, wear and tear, third-party stringing, and a long list of consumables/small accessories (apparel, strings, grips, shuttlecocks, support braces, water bottles, etc.) that are never eligible regardless of defect. Racket replacements ship frame-only and unstrung, and a replacement product doesn't reset the warranty clock — it just continues the original 90 days from first purchase.

To claim, you email support@hndrd.co with photos and invoice within 7 days of noticing the defect, then ship the item at your own cost to our Bengaluru address for a 3–5 day inspection. Approved claims get a free replacement shipped within 48 hours; rejected ones require you to arrange return shipping within 72 hours or the item gets discarded. Other conditions: claims are non-transferable (original purchaser only), commercial/rental/coaching use may void coverage, and damage from improper storage, heat, or moisture is excluded.
