Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery on orders above ₹1,200. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders between ₹1,200 and ₹5,000. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days in metro cities and 4 to 7 business days for the rest of India. See our Estimated Delivery Policy for full timelines.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link is sent to you by email. You can also track it anytime through our tracking portal.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update with your order number. Raise a report on our Claims and Disputes page and we'll investigate with the courier partner.

What is your Return Policy?

Purchases on hndrd.co are eligible for a free return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. See our full Return and Cancellation Policy for conditions.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Raise your request through our Return & Exchange Portal with your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and clear photos of the product from all angles with the tag intact.

Can I return some products out of a larger order?

Yes, individual items from a multi-item order can be returned independently, provided they meet our return conditions. Sets, combos, and orders with a freebie must be returned as a complete unit. Any discounts, coupons, or combo pricing applied to the original order will be adjusted accordingly.

My product has a manufacturing defect. What should I do?

That's covered separately under our Warranty Policy, not the return process. Email us with clear photos and your invoice to raise a claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Bharat QR, all major debit and credit cards, 50+ net banking options, mobile wallets, Snapmint (Buy Now, Pay Later), and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders.

Why don't I see the COD option at checkout?

COD is available only for orders between ₹1,200 and ₹5,000, and is not applicable for customized orders, Express or Hyperlocal Delivery, or locations where COD is unavailable. You can complete your purchase using UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets instead.

My payment failed but the amount was debited from my account. Help!

Don't worry. On rare occasions, transactions fail due to network issues between payment gateways and banks or card operators. Your money is safe and will either reach us or be refunded by your bank, typically within 10 business days.

What happens if Hundred does receive the payment after a transaction error?

Our team reconciles received payments and manually processes your order on the next working day. You'll receive an order confirmation email once this happens. Email us at support@hndrd.co with your payment ID if you'd like us to check on it sooner.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us at support@hndrd.co or via live chat as soon as possible, since orders are processed quickly.

Can I cancel a customized order?

Orders involving personalization services like T-Shirt Printing, Racket Remix, Paddle Remix, Stringing, or Gripping cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Contact us immediately if the service hasn't started yet.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track past orders and speeds up future checkouts.
