At Hundred, every product is built to help you perform, and if something isn't quite right, we make it straightforward to fix. Purchases made directly on hndrd.co are eligible for a free return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are satisfied. This policy applies exclusively to orders placed on hndrd.co.
Returns
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must satisfy all of the following at the time it reaches us:
- Return Window
- The return request must be raised within 14 days of the delivery date
- Pickup Cost
- Return pickup is free of charge for most serviceable pin codes. Our courier partner will collect the item from your original delivery address. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area or repeatedly fails, our team may ask you to self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping reimbursement, if applicable, will be confirmed by our support team before dispatch
- Product Condition
- Items must be unused and unworn, with all original tags, stickers, and labels intact
- Packaging
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any box, wrapping, or protective materials they arrived in
- Sets, Combos & Freebies
- Products sold as a set, combo, or with a freebie must be returned complete — the main product, any bundled items, and all freebies included. Partial returns of a set or combo will not be accepted
- Multi-Item Orders
- For orders containing multiple separate items, individual items may be returned independently, provided they meet all return conditions. Sets, combos, and orders with freebies must still be returned as a complete unit
Returned in non-original condition? If a return arrives and does not meet the conditions above, we will notify you and hold the item for 14 days. Should you wish to have it sent back, a shipping fee of ₹200 applies and must be arranged within that window. If there is no response within 14 days of our final notification, the item may be disposed of, subject to applicable law.

Exchanges
How Exchanges Work
If you would prefer a different size or model rather than a refund, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are typically faster than refunds, with the replacement reaching you in 4–5 business days after your return clears quality check, compared to 5–7 business days for a refund to reflect in your account.
- Same Product
- You can exchange for a different size or variant of the same product at no extra cost, subject to availability
- Different Model
- You can also exchange for a different product or model. The replacement must be of equal or greater value than your original order
- Upgrades
- If the replacement you choose is priced higher than your original order, you can pay the difference at the time of exchange to complete the swap
- Lower-Priced Items
- Exchanges for lower-priced products are not available. If you wish to switch to a lower-priced item, please return the original for a refund and place a fresh order for the new product
- Availability
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Manufacturing defect? If you believe your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, that is covered separately under our Warranty Policy and not through this return process. Please visit our Warranty page to raise a claim.
Return abuse: Hundred reserves the right to refuse return or exchange requests in cases of suspected abuse, repeated misuse of the return process, or where evidence appears altered or fabricated, subject to applicable law.
Process
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our portal within 14 days of delivery. The process is simple and takes just a few minutes.

Pickup is arranged
Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will typically schedule a pickup from your original delivery address within 2–4 business days.

Have it ready
Pack the item securely in its original packaging before the courier arrives. Items that are not adequately packed may be refused.

Two attempts only
If the first pickup attempt is missed, one final attempt will be made the following business day. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the return request will be cancelled.

Quality check
Once received at our facility, every return undergoes a thorough quality check and validation to confirm it meets our return conditions.

We'll keep you informed
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed and you will receive a confirmation by email. If the return does not meet our criteria, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you directly to explain the next steps.
Money Back
Refunds
- Refund Method
- All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds via any other route
- Timeline
- Refund timelines vary depending on the type of refund. Returns approved after quality check are typically refunded within 5–7 business days. Undelivered prepaid orders returned to us by the courier may be refunded sooner, usually within 24–48 hours of refund initiation. Final credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- COD Orders
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide in the return form. Please provide accurate bank account details. Hundred will never ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, or full card details
- Not Available As
- Refunds cannot be issued in cash or by cheque under any circumstances
- Sale Orders
- If you return an item purchased during a sale or promotional period, you will be refunded the amount you paid at the time of purchase, not the current listed price
A reminder on condition: To qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these standards may be ineligible, and our team will reach out if that is the case.
Order Changes
Cancellations
- Before Shipment
- You may cancel or amend your order at any point before it has been dispatched. Please contact us at support@hndrd.co or via live chat as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee changes once packing has begun
- Cancellation Fee
- We do not charge a cancellation fee for eligible cancellations made before dispatch on non-customized orders
- After Shipment
- Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. If the item is not what you expected, you are welcome to raise a return request after it has been delivered
- T-Shirt Printing
- T-Shirt Printing orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded at any stage once the order has been placed. As each item is printed specifically for you, no exceptions can be made
- Racket Services
- Orders involving Stringing Service, Gripping Service, Racket Remix, or Paddle Remix cannot be cancelled or modified once work has commenced. If the service has not yet started, contact us immediately at support@hndrd.co and we will do our best to help.
If a modification is requested after the service has been completed, the customer must bear the applicable consumable costs (such as string cost) and service charges before any further change can be processed.
If a cancellation is requested after stringing or customization has been completed, cancellation is not possible as the service has been rendered. If the customer insists, the string and service charges will be deducted and only the remaining balance will be refunded
- Cancellation by Hundred
- We may occasionally cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, address or serviceability concerns, suspected fraud, or operational reasons. If we cancel a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
Escalation
Grievance & Escalation
We aim to acknowledge return, refund, and cancellation-related complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 7 to 10 business days wherever possible.
If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer, whose details are listed on our Contact Us page. Consumer complaints will be redressed within one month from the date of receipt, in line with applicable law.
