RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Hundred designs your shoes, rackets, and other gears to help you perform at your best level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Customers can return their order within 14 days with no additional charges after an order has been delivered, as long as the conditions below are followed.

Products must be returned in their original condition with the labels, wrapping and original packaging still attached. Any products purchased in a set must be returned as a set. Partial Returns of a set cannot be processed.

If the products that are received by Hundred are in non-original condition or do not follow the policies described here, you will be notified and the product will be held by the company for 14 days before being destroyed. If you require the returned product, you will need to pay Rs. 200 for the return shipping back to you within 14 days from the date of notification.

Exceptions: In order to ensure you are getting products with the highest standard of hygiene and quality, we do NOT accept returns for certain items including:

  • Rackets with String/Grip customization/Racket Remix
  • Personalized T-Shirts
  • Socks
  • Wrist Bands
  • Towels
  • Shuttlecocks (Nylon or Feather)
  • Grips
  • Water Bottles
  • Insoles
  • Cricket Tennis Balls
  • Pickleball Balls
  • Net Poles
  • Court Mat
  • Stringing Machines
  • Umpire Chair
  • Court Barriers

How do I initiate a return?

You can raise a return or exchange request within 14 days of delivery through our Return Request Portal.

Once your request is placed:

  1. Our courier partner will usually schedule the pickup from your original delivery address within 2–4 business days.
  2. Please make sure your package is packed securely and ready for pickup in its original packaging.
  3. If a pickup attempt is missed, one more attempt will be made the next business day. After two unsuccessful attempts, the request may be cancelled.
  4. Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality check and validation process.
  5. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed, and you’ll be notified via email. If the return does not meet our policy criteria, our Customer Care team will get in touch with you.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • The timeline is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer, as given by you in the return form.
  • Refunds cannot be provided in cash or cheque.
  • Products must be unused, with all tags intact, and returned in their original packaging. Items that don’t meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at support@hndrd.co or by using our live chat on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped. Personalised T-Shirts cannot be cancelled once bought. If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
