Cash on Delivery

COD Eligibility

Order Range
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders totalling between Rs. 1,200 and Rs. 5,000
Not Applicable For
COD is not available for the following:
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Racket Remix, Paddle Remix, Stringing, Gripping, T-Shirt Printing, or any other customization service
  • Express Delivery orders
  • Hyperlocal Delivery orders
  • Locations where COD is unavailable through our delivery partners
COD Not Showing?
COD may not appear if your order is not eligible. COD is available only for orders between Rs. 1,200 and Rs. 5,000 and is not applicable for customized orders, express delivery, hyperlocal delivery, or locations where COD is unavailable. You can complete your purchase using UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets
COD Refunds
For refunds on Cash on Delivery orders, you will need to provide your bank account details for a bank transfer refund. Hundred will never ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, or full card details

What to Do If Your Payment Fails

If your payment does not go through, please retry and check the following:

Check Your Details
Confirm that your account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking) are entered correctly
Internet Connection
Ensure your internet connection was stable throughout the payment process. Interruptions during checkout can cause failures
Amount Debited?
If your account has been debited despite the payment failing, the amount is typically rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. If it does not reflect after this period, please contact us at support@hndrd.co or via live chat

Payment Refunds

Refund Method
All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
Timeline
Refunds typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days of being initiated, depending on your bank or payment provider
Failed Payment Rollback
Amounts debited due to a failed payment are typically rolled back within 10 business days
COD Refunds
Processed via bank transfer using account details you provide. Hundred will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, or card details to process a refund

All payments on hndrd.co are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card and payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Stay safe: Hundred will never ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, CVV, or full card number over email, WhatsApp, or phone. If anyone claiming to be from Hundred asks for these details, do not share them and report it to us immediately at support@hndrd.co.
