Hundred Warranty Policy

The Hundred Warranty Policy is our promise to customers who shop directly with us at hndrd.co. It works alongside, but separately from, our Return Policy, and explains exactly what's covered if something goes wrong. This policy applies only to products purchased directly from hndrd.co, items bought through marketplaces such as Amazon or Flipkart are covered by that platform's own return and warranty process.

Every product that leaves our warehouse has been through rigorous quality checks before it reaches you. Even so, manufacturing defects can occasionally slip through, and when they do, we want to make it right.

This policy outlines what's covered, what isn't, and how to raise a claim for products bought on hndrd.co, so you always know exactly where you stand.

What counts as a manufacturing defect? A flaw in materials or workmanship that exists from the time of manufacture, such as a frame that cracks or snaps during normal play without any external impact, stitching that comes undone within the first few uses, or a sole that separates from the upper without signs of misuse. Damage caused by impact, accidents, improper use, or everyday wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.

Genuine manufacturing defects in the frame

Frame clashes, over-tensioning, general wear and tear, and any racket strung by a third party (i.e. not Hundred Pro Stringing or a service recommended by hndrd.co)

Any sign of physical damage that affects the structural integrity of the frame will void the claim. Where a claim is approved, the replacement racket is provided frame-only (unstrung). If your exact model is out of stock, we'll send a racket of equal value and similar specification at our discretion.

Please note: Grips, strings, restringing, and any racket remix or customisation service are considered consumables and services, not product defects, and are not covered under this warranty.

Process

How to File a Claim

Think your product has a manufacturing defect? Email support@hndrd.co with clear photos showing the issue, plus a copy of your purchase invoice.

  2. We take a look Allow 3–5 working days for us to inspect and process your request once it arrives.
  3. If it's approved A replacement ships out within 48 hours of approval, at no additional shipping cost to you.
  4. If it's not approved You'll need to arrange return shipping within 72 hours of the rejection notice. Items not collected in this window may be discarded.

All warranty claims are reviewed individually by our quality team, and the final decision will be communicated to you after inspection.

Good to Know

General Terms

Reporting a Defect
Any suspected manufacturing defect must be reported to us within 7 days of noticing it, and in all cases within the 90-day warranty period from the date of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
Warranty claims are valid only for products purchased directly from hndrd.co and must be accompanied by a valid order number or tax invoice. Claims without proof of purchase may be rejected.
Who's Covered
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. It is non-transferable and does not apply if the product has been resold or gifted.
Replacement Warranty
A replacement product continues under the original warranty period from the date of the first purchase, it does not receive a new or extended warranty term.
Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to us for inspection. If the claim is approved, Hundred covers the cost of shipping the replacement back to the customer.
Storage & Handling
Damage caused by improper storage, excessive heat, moisture exposure, chemical exposure, or general neglect is not covered under this warranty.
Commercial Use
Products used for rental, commercial, institutional, or coaching-centre purposes may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
Inspection
Hundred reserves the right to inspect, test, photograph, and retain any product submitted for a warranty claim.
Availability
Replacement timelines may vary based on product availability and logistics constraints.
