The delivery dates shown on our product pages and at checkout are estimated timelines calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. These estimates are based on the average performance of our courier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed.

Dispatch Cut-off
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders after 11:00 AM ship the following business day
Metro Cities
3 to 6 business days from dispatch
Rest of India
4 to 7 business days from dispatch
Infrastructure & Equipment
Shipping initiated within 6 to 15 days after payment is received

Hundred Economy
Surface shipping by road. Safe, cost-effective, and takes longer depending on distance and routing
Hundred Express
Air shipping for faster transit, subject to serviceability and destination pin code. Estimated date shown at checkout where available

Split shipments: Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with individual tracking links, depending on availability and courier restrictions.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Marked delivered but not received? Contact us within 24 hours with your order number. We may ask for address confirmation or OTP delivery status. You can also raise a report on our Claims and Disputes page.

Issues

Delayed & Undelivered Orders

Order Delayed
Contact us with your order number if your order has not arrived after the estimated window. We will follow up with the courier and share the latest update. If the shipment is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will assist with a replacement, refund, or cancellation
Prepaid Orders
If an undelivered prepaid order is returned to us, we will initiate a refund once received and verified
COD Orders
If delivery fails after the courier's attempts, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified by email
Customer Responsibility

Your Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and pin code are accurate when placing your order. Delays or failed deliveries due to the following will not be treated as courier delays:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Unreachable or incorrect phone number
  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery
Escalation

Grievance & Escalation

We aim to acknowledge delivery-related complaints within 48 hours. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer listed on our Contact Us page. Consumer complaints will be redressed within one month from receipt, in line with applicable law.
