The delivery dates shown on our product pages and at checkout are estimated timelines calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. These estimates are based on the average performance of our courier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery Estimates
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Courier partner coverage and transit schedules
- Local holidays or regional restrictions
- Weather conditions or unforeseen logistical delays
- Order volume or operational challenges beyond our control

Shipping Methods
Split shipments: Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with individual tracking links, depending on availability and courier restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Track Your OrderMarked delivered but not received? Contact us within 24 hours with your order number. We may ask for address confirmation or OTP delivery status. You can also raise a report on our Claims and Disputes page.

Your Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and pin code are accurate when placing your order. Delays or failed deliveries due to the following will not be treated as courier delays:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Unreachable or incorrect phone number
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery
Grievance & Escalation
We aim to acknowledge delivery-related complaints within 48 hours. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer listed on our Contact Us page. Consumer complaints will be redressed within one month from receipt, in line with applicable law.
