I ordered this personalized racket from Hundred (custom stringing + name engraving), but it arrived with a chipped inner frame and blurred engraving — very disappointing for a premium brand.

What makes this more serious is that the chipping is on the inner frame near the 9 o’clock region, where string tension is generally higher. This kind of damage can compromise the frame’s structural integrity, leading to premature failure or collapse at higher tensions. For a customer, that’s not just cosmetic — it’s a potential loss of the entire racket much earlier than expected.

What concerns me further is that I was later asked to return this personalized racket, even though Hundred’s own policy clearly states such personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and resale issues. This raises a worrying question: are personalized rackets being taken back, refurbished, and resold as new? That would go directly against both hygiene standards and Hundred’s stated policy.

As a loyal customer, I expected better quality control and a resolution that reflects the integrity and value of the Hundred brand. I truly hope the brand addresses this matter seriously and fairly.
