HOW TO APPLY?

Strip 1

Step One

To apply the first strip, bend the wrist slightly to create a stretch on the top. Tear the backer paper 2 inches from the end to form the first anchor, then place it on the top of the wrist without stretching.

Step Two

Peel the backer paper from the middle segment of the strip. Apply the tape with light stretch along the forearm. Lay down the second anchor without stretching, using the last 2 inches of tape.

Strip 2

Step One

Tear the backer paper in the center of a half strip and peel back to expose the middle segment of adhesive. Apply moderate stretch and adhere it across the first strip at the wrist.

Step Two

Lay down the last 2 inches at each end without stretching. Smooth over the entire application to ensure the tape is fully applied to the skin.
