HOW TO APPLY?

Strip 1

Step One

Position the elbow at a 90-degree angle. Tear the backer paper 2 inches from the end of the first strip to create your first anchor. Place this anchor on the outside of the upper arm with no stretch.

Step Two

Peel the backer paper from the middle segment of the strip. Apply the tape with moderate stretch across the outside of the elbow joint and along the top of the forearm

Step Three

Affix the second anchor without stretching, utilizing the last 2 inches of tape.

Strip 2

Step One

Create an anchor at one end of a half strip. Targeting the point of pain, place the anchor on the outside of the arm below the elbow with no stretch.

Step Two

Affix the second anchor without stretching. Smooth over the full application to ensure the tape is completely applied to the skin.

Step Three

Smooth over the entire application to ensure the tape is fully adhered to the skin.
