HOW TO APPLY?

Strip 1

Step One

Point the toes to create a stretch on the shin. Place the anchor below the point of pain at the top of the shin with no stretch

Step Two

Apply the KT tape with moderate stretching along the shin

Step Three

Lay down the second anchor at the base of the shin with no stretch, using the last few inches of the tape

Strips 2 & 3

Step One

Tear back the paper in the center of the half strip and peel back so that the middle segment of adhesive is exposed, one at a time

Step Two

Apply the KT tape with moderate stretching across the first strip on the shin, above and below the pain point.

Step Three

Without any stretching, lay down the final 2 inches at either end. Make sure the tape is fully adhered to the skin by smoothing over the entire area.
