Strip 1

Step One

Tear the backer paper 2 inches from one end to create the first anchor. Position the anchor just behind the armpit without stretching the tape.

Step Two

Peel the backer paper from the middle segment of the strip. Apply the tape diagonally with a light stretch along the ribs, positioning it just above the area of pain.

Step Three

Affix the second anchor without applying any stretch, utilizing the last 2 inches of tape.

Strip 2

Step One

Create an anchor at one end of the second strip.

Step Two

Apply the second strip in a similar manner to the first, positioning it parallel to the first strip and just below the area of pain.

Step Three

Smoothly affix the second anchor with no stretch. Ensure the tape is thoroughly adhered to the skin for full effectiveness.
