HOW TO APPLY?

Strip 1

Step One

Bend the knee slightly for a minimal stretch. After the minimal stretch, stick the anchor right above the knee with zero stretch

Step Two

Apply the KT tape with light stretching along the quad muscles.

Step Three

Without any stretching, lay down the final anchor.

Strips 2

Step One

Create an anchor at one free end of the tape.

Step Two

Repeat the same technique with the second strip, on the other side of the quad muscles.

Step Three

Without any stretching, lay down the second anchor. Smooth over the full application to ensure the tape is completely applied to the skin.
