Step Three

Affix the second anchor without applying any stretch, utilizing the final two inches of tape

Strip 2

Step One

Establish an anchor at the commencement of the second strip.

Step Two

Repeat the same technique with the second strip on the other side of the spine.

Step Three

Apply the second anchor without any stretch. Ensure a smooth application to fully adhere the tape to the skin.
