Strip 1

Step One

Create a slight stretch on the front-side of the hip. Then place the anchor above the hip joint with no stretch.

Step Two

With a light stretch along the front of the hip, apply the tape.

Step Three

Lay down the second anchor rhythmically with zero stretch, using the last few inches of the tape

Strip 2

Step One

Create an anchor at one end of the second strip.

Step Two

Repeat this step from strip one next to the first strip for this strip.

Step Three

Without stretching, lay down the second anchor and smooth it over with a little rubbing to ensue the tape is completely applied to the skin.
