HOW TO APPLY?

Strip 1

Step One

Position the elbow at a 90° angle and apply the anchor on one side of the triceps muscle without stretching.

Step Two

Apply the tape with moderate stretch along the side of the arm, curving under the elbow joint.

Step Three

Affix the second anchor on the back of the forearm without stretching, utilizing the last two inches of tape.

Strip 2

Step One

Form an anchor at one end of the second strip.

Step Two

Repeat the same technique with the second strip on the opposite side of the arm, crossing over the first strip under the elbow joint.

Step Three

Affix the second anchor without stretching. Smooth over the entire application to ensure the tape is fully adhered to the skin.
