Strip 1

Step One

Gently stretch the inside of the wrist and affix the anchor without stretching.

Step Two

Apply the tape with a gentle stretch along the forearm.

Step Three

Place the second anchor without stretching, using the last two inches of tape

Strip 2

Step One

Apply moderate stretch to the half strip and affix it across the first strip.

Step Two

Apply the last two inches at each end without stretching.

Step Three

Smooth over the entire application to ensure the tape is fully adhered to the skin.
