HOW TO APPLY?

Strip 1

Step One

Reposition the arm slightly away from the torso without compromising your upright posture. Without stretching, position the first anchor on the outside of the upper arm.

Step Two

Tape should be applied with a moderate stretch toward the top of the shoulder, encircling the shoulder blade.

Step Three

Utilizing the remaining 2 inches of tape, place the second anchor down without stretching.’

Strip 2

Step One

Make your first anchor for the second strip and position it beneath the shoulder blade without stretching.

Step Two

With moderate stretch, apply the tape toward the top of the shoulder.

Step Three

Utilizing the remaining 2 inches of tape, place the second anchor down without stretching.

Strip 3 & 4

Step One

Apply moderate stretch to a half strip, then press the strip diagonally across the intersection of the first two strips.

Step Two

Without stretching, lay down the final two inches at either end.

Step Three

To establish complete covering on the top of the AC joint, apply a reasonable amount of stretch to the second half of the strip and adhere it across the first three strips. Without stretching, lay down the final 2 inches at either end.
