HUNDRED WARRANTY POLICY

Hundred Warranty Policy is a protection policy provided by Hundred to its customers who have made purchases directly on www.hndrd.co., i.e., the brand’s official website. It differs in principle and policies from Hundred's return policy.

Objective of the Warranty Policy

At Hundred, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our motto is to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with the products they purchase on our official website - www.hndrd.co. For the same, our products undergo a rigorous quality control regime, and screening to ensure only the best reaches our customers. That being stated, occasional manufacturing defects are an unfortunate occurrence brought about by unforeseen circumstances.

The Hundred's Warranty Policy is designed and articulated to protect our customers should such cases arise. If a product you purchased from our website has a manufacturing defect and does not perform as expected, we will cover and replace it according to the specific policies for each product category.

Our goal is to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience, knowing that your purchases are protected.

Rackets

  • Warranty Coverage Period: 3 months (90 calendar days) from the date the product was purchased via Hundred's official website (www.hndrd.co)
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects.
  • What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by clashes, over-tension, Damages pertaining to rackets that have been strung by third parties, normal wear and tear, strings and wear and tear over time from general use.

If there is any evidence of other integral physical damage that could compromise the structure of the racket's frame, Hundred will not replace it under the warranty policy. Additionally, Hundred will not be liable for any damage to rackets that are strung locally (i.e., not strung under Hundred Pro Stringing or a professional service recommended by hndrd.co).

Please note that if a claim is approved and a replacement is processed, the replacement racket will come without strings. If the original racket ordered is unavailable, we will provide a racket of equal value and similar specifications at our discretion.

Grips and strings are considered consumable items and are not covered under the warranty policy. Therefore, they will not be replaced by Hundred

Shuttlecocks

Shuttlecocks (both feather and nylon) are not covered under any warranty and do not qualify for replacement.

Bags, and Kitbags

  • Warranty Coverage Period : 3 months (90 calendar days) from the date the product was purchased via Hundred's official website (www.hndrd.co)
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects only.
  • What’s Not Covered: Manually caused damages and normal wear and tear.

Shoes

  • Warranty Coverage Period 3 months (90 calendar days) from the date the product purchased via Hundred's official website (www.hndrd.co)
  • What’s Covered Manufacturing defects only.
  • What’s Not CoveredManually caused damages, Normal Wear and Tear due to General Use and Bodily damage to the sole and upper due to prolonged use

    Here’s how you can claim replacement:

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can file a claim for purchases made from www.hndrd.co.

  1. To submit a claim, email us at support@hndrd.co with the following information and proof of purchase:
  • Photographs of the product and the area with the suspected manufacturing defect.
  • Purchase invoice.
  1. Once we confirm your Hndrd.Co Protect Claim application, you will need to ship the product at your own expense to: Sunlight Sports Studio LLP - No.155, 2nd Cross Road, 6th Block, Sun City Layout JP Nagar 7th Phase Bangalore Bangalore KA 560076.

  2. After your product is delivered to us, please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your request.

  • If Hundred approves the claim under the Hundred's Warranty Policy, we will send a replacement within 48 hours of acceptance.
  • If your claim is rejected you will need to arrange return shipping for the product within 72 hours of the rejection notice. Failure to arrange return shipping within this timeframe may result in the product being discarded by Hundred.

The decision made by Hundred regarding the claimed product will be final and confidential.
