Create an anchor at one end of the second strip and position it just above the first strip without applying any stretch.

Step Two

With a moderate stretch, guide the tape towards the knee, ensuring it overlaps the first strip at the site of pain.

Step Three

Secure the second anchor without stretching the tape, then gently smooth over the entire application to ensure full adherence to the skin.
