To begin, slightly bend the knee. Tear the backer paper 2 inches from the end of the first strip to form your initial anchor. Affix the anchor to the inside of the leg without applying any stretch.
Remove the backer paper from the middle portion of the strip. Apply the tape with moderate stretch across the area of knee pain.
Place the second anchor without stretching, utilizing the last 2 inches of tape.
Create an anchor at one end of the second strip. Position the anchor just above the first strip without stretching the tape.
Remove the backer paper from the middle portion of the strip. Apply the tape with moderate stretch towards the knee, crossing over the first strip at the point of pain.
Place the second anchor without applying any stretch
